How we use your information

Who we are

This website is operated by Anthony Brown Estate Agents Limited (company no. 04496102), Gwent House, East Street, Llantwit Major, CF61 1XY. You can contact us on 01446 792723 or by post at that address.

What we collect

We only collect the details you choose to send us through the forms on this website: your name, email address, phone number, and the information you include about a property, a viewing or a valuation.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and confirm viewings and valuations, and to provide the sales or lettings service you have asked about.

Spam protection

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated program. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, call us or write to us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
